Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. Hence, we earnestly endeavor to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are hand made, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

Amy’s Flowers Delivery Policy – Delivering Beauty Across Orlando

Free Local Delivery: Amy’s Flowers offers free delivery within a 5-mile radius of our store located at 4909 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL, 32803. This encompasses numerous local areas, ensuring that your floral gifts are delivered promptly and without additional cost.

Same Day Delivery: If you order before 3:00 PM in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver flowers the same day from Monday through Friday. For orders going outside of our local delivery area, such as the Greater Orlando area, we require the order to be placed by 1:00 PM for same-day delivery. For same-day service on Saturday, please order by 1:00 PM.

Specific Times: While we strive to meet your timing needs, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time but are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Times: Our standard delivery times are from 9 AM to 5 PM daily for orders going to a business address, and by 6 PM for orders to a residence, hotel, or hospital. Orders to a high school must be delivered by 2 PM. During significant holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, our delivery times extend from 8 AM to 8 PM to accommodate your needs.

Funeral Homes and Memorial Services: Our delivery services to funeral homes around Orlando are given the highest priority. If you need delivery to Collison Family Funeral Home, Baldwin Fairchild at Chapel Hill, or any other funeral service locations within a 5-mile radius of 4909 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32803, this area is within our free delivery zone, however we delivery up to 25 miles for a reasonable delivery fee. Any locations beyond 25 miles are charged a flat rate delivery fee of $25.00. We ensure timely and respectful handling of all such orders. 

Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities: We provide thoughtful flower delivery to hospitals and nursing homes within our local free delivery zone, ensuring your warm wishes reach on time at Orlando Health, AdventHealth Orlando, and more. Please ensure the recipient is allowed to receive flowers at the facility as some units may have restrictions.

Cemeteries: We offer delivery to cemeteries within our local area, including Greenwood Cemetery and Chapel Hill Cemetery, ensuring your floral tributes are delivered with care and respect.

Banner Funeral Arrangements: Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering funeral orders, if a banner is not available, we will enhance your order with more flowers, creating a fuller arrangement to honor your loved ones.

High Schools: Please note that high schools do not accept deliveries for students. Gifts for teachers can be sent to the school, but any student orders should be directed to their residence. Orders must be placed early as they usually must be received by 2 PM.

Weekend Delivery Policy: If delivery on Sunday is not possible and time permits, we will arrange for delivery on Saturday, including for birthdays and anniversaries. If neither Saturday nor Sunday delivery is available, we will reschedule for Monday and will contact you prior to rescheduling.

P.O. Boxes and A.P.O Addresses: Delivery to P.O. Boxes and A.P.O addresses is not available.

If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange redelivery.

Incorrect Addresses: There is a $10 address correction fee if the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address. Amy’s Flowers is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer. Responsibility for the entire purchase rests with the customer.

Canceling an Order: Same-day orders are processed immediately and usually cannot be changed. Once an order is in process at the florist, en route, or delivered, we are unable to cancel or change it. To cancel or change an order that has not yet been processed, please call our customer service.

Recipient May Be Contacted: In some cases, to ensure successful delivery, the florist may contact the recipient to confirm they will be home to accept the delivery.

Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements at the doorstep, porch, yard, or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement personally. Amy’s Flowers cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.

Recipient Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.

Card Messages: The message you write in the Card Message field is the message sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.

Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers: At Amy's Flowers we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.

Balloons: Some hospitals do not allow latex balloons with an arrangement. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
